The record date for year-end dividends is May 31. If an interim dividend is declared, the record date is November 30. However, as the company’s business is currently in a growth phase, the company believes that strengthening its financial base and investing in business expansion represent the most effective way to return value to shareholders. Therefore, dividends are currently not being paid.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is held within three months after the end of each fiscal year.
